We’re looking for a North America specialist for an exciting sales opportunity with a leading Cruise company! If you know Florida like the back of "Mickey's hand" and have strong, overall knowledge of North America, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a newly created role in which the successful candidate will tailor-make cruise & stay holidays, combining the cruise element with a stay in the US.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced North America Travel specialists to develop their career with a multi award-winning cruise agency, where excellent customer service is key, along with the ability to offer expert advice and personal recommendations while packaging the perfect trip!

Role of Cruise & North America Tailor-made Travel Specialist:

• Create and sell tailormade and luxury holidays/ flights / cruises, with a focus on a stay in the US
• Handling both telephone calls and web enquiries
• Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines
• Upselling and booking ancillary products where appropriate
• Offering exceptional customer service, expert advice and personal recommendations
• Working to and achieving sales targets

Skills required for the role:

• Excellent knowledge of North America to inc. Florida, Disney, Universal etc. - essential
• Ability to tailor-made bespoke holidays - essential
• Experience of selling cruise holidays would be an advantage
• Strong sales skills
• Customer focused approach
• Able to work in a fast-paced, travel sales environment
