In this role, you will be responsible designing, developing, maintaining, and evaluating curricula and learning materials, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship standards and compliance with various regulatory requirements. This role also involves supporting training delivery, implementing and managing multimedia learning systems, and promoting continuous improvement and sharing of best practices to achieve key performance indicators. Additionally, maintaining a Continuous Professional Development record and adhering to company policies on security, health and safety, and governance are essential aspects of the position.

This role would suit an Curriculum Development Lead or similar looking to directly impact the future of the next generation of Military Engineers by designing technical courses. THE ROLE:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and evaluate curricula and learning materials, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support training delivery and manage multimedia learning systems while promoting continuous improvement and sharing best practices to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a Continuous Professional Development record and adhere to company policies on security, health and safety, and governance.

  • Engineering Background (Level 3 Qualified)
  • Engineering Curriculum Development Lead or similar
  • Commutable to Lyneham - WFH available
