Custom manufacturing operative

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, assembling custom products and contributing to the decision-making process from concept to completion. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in techniques such as winding custom coils, core insertion, termination of windings, painting and finishing, test and inspection, and more.

• Experience working in a production or factory environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and embrace new challenges
• Reliability, good timekeeping, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed production sheets accurately
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products

- Regular, sociable working hours: 8-hour days from Monday to Friday

• Competitive wage starting at £11.50 per hour
