Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Account Executive with proven customer service skills to work for a lovely company in East Grinstead. They are looking for a Customer Account Executive to assist with the daily queries, process orders using a ticketing system.

Salary: up to £27,700

Location: East Grinstead - hybrid - 2/3 days office based

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve daily queries, process orders, and handle related correspondence.
  • Use ticketing systems to update clients within SLA and follow SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage live chat and inbound queries, forwarding them to relevant departments within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide frontline telephone and email support.

Skills and experience:

  • Customer service experience, meeting deadlines and SLA commitments
  • Financial responsibility experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Organised, especially with email management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High accuracy in work
  • Own transport essential for occasional travel to customer sites in Southeast England
