Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for 10 Customer Service Advisor's to join a growing Network Enquiries team at their Lingley Mere Business Park.

Your Role as a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice and expert point of contact for any water or wastewater queries and complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality, helpful, and friendly service to our valued customers. Each interaction will be unique, offering you the opportunity to showcase your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills while delivering first-class customer service.

Role Details

  • Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Network Enquiries
  • Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington
  • Contract: 12-month temporary assignment
  • Hourly Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
  • Training: Full training provided, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for the first 6 weeks
  • Working Hours: Dynamic work schedule with shifts between 7am and 10pm, Monday - Sunday (8-hour shifts across 5 days, 37 hours per week). Weekend shifts every other week. Shift patterns provided 6 weeks in advance.
  • Start Date: Monday 7th April 2025
  • Application Deadline: Friday 14th March 2025
  • Interview Weeks: WC 3rd March and 10th March 2025
