We are currently working with a very successful company who are keen to find a strong customer orientated person. Working closely with customers in person and over the phone you’ll enjoy problem solving and finding solutions. As an Advisor you’ll be trained in person, with continuous in-house courses following a programme, also you’ll be given the opportunity to take a qualification, which is nationally recognised. The Sky is the limit, you can continue learning, taking the diploma thereafter…this is your choice.

This industry is able to provide job security, a guaranteed basic salary with frequent salary reviews, meaning your earnings will increase quickly. Don’t worry there is no cold calling, or aggressive sales, it’s not commission based, it’s all about the customer experience and being able to share, articulate, suggest, advise, and guide your customer to making the right choice. Having some administration experience will be useful, showcasing your attention to detail, whilst experience dealing with customers in person and/or over the phone would be great too.

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1730 (two Saturday mornings a month 0900-1230 - 3.5 hours only!!)

Holiday: 22 days, increasing to 27 through service, plus Bank Holidays
