CUSTOMER ANALYST (PART-TIME ROLE)

SHEFFIELD

UP TO £50,000 (PER ANNUM)

THE COMPANY

An exciting role working for a market leading marketplace in the retail sector. They are ahead of the game in terms of their development in their sector, steps above their competitors and are currently in an exciting time of growth.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Analyst, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing and presenting compelling analysis findings to the senior management teams.
  • Providing actionable insights of the back of analysis completed on customer and marketing data, using SQL.
  • Own projects end-to-end and manage the process.
  • Work mainly on customer and marketing data sets looking at; customer LTV, churn, retention, marketing channel analysis, ROI etc.
  • Support across a/b testing for campaigns and marketing.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Customer Analyst will have:

  • Advanced experience of SQL, Tableau/ Power BI and R or Python.
  • Commercial experience carrying out statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Highly numerate with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Educated to a degree level in a STEM subject.
