Role - Customer Bookings Advisor
Location - Manchester
Salary - £24,000 OTE £28,000

Richard Abson Group are assisting a main car dealership group in finding them a Customer Bookings Advisor for their contact centre.

Your role will be to book customers vehicles in for service, maintenance, or repair work. You’ll be maintaining a good rapport with the customer and upsell products/services where possible. Taking 70-100 calls a day.

Duties

  • To answer customer telephone enquiries for service in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner.
  • To maintain a high standard of customer service contact when booking customers into the system.
  • To organise the loading of the workshop system to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
  • To carry out systematic follow up, upsell and prospecting activities.
  • To control the reservation of the loan car fleet.
  • To produce repair orders with all relevant documents attached ready for the customer’s arrival.
  • To carry out planned customer follow up and prospecting programs as agreed with your manager, and actively promote the sale of accessories, extended warranties and seasonal campaigns.

You’ll be based in a team of 12 Advisors, work Monday to Friday on a rota either 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30noon (Paid at overtime).
