We are currently recruiting for Customer Advisors for our client based in Milton Keynes.

Ongoing Temporary Contract

£14.00 - £14.80 per hour

The Role:

  • Responding efficiently to queries via various channels and platforms, consistently meeting team targets
  • Inbound and Outbound calling to contact customers regarding the current service offering
  • Supporting members in understanding company products and services
  • Responsible for chasing any late fees

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous Inbound/Outbound customer service experience
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, managing communication from various channels within a timely manner
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Great team player
