We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join the customer service team of one of our clients supporting their customers with onboarding and any queries via email / telephone.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and have the ability to build rapport.

Key responsibilities for a Customer Care Advisor

  • Ensure all customers are contacted within agreed service levels.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring all relevant information is acquired
  • Record data accurately and correctly
  • Answer customer queries, via telephone or email (50/50)
  • Ensure all customers have all the needed compliance information
  • Learn and adopt best practice to improve conversion rate and customer satisfaction


Key skills for a Customer Care Advisor

  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to build rapport on the telephone
  • Reliable
