Role: Customer Care Assistant

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri

Salary: £13.50 - £14.55

Starting date – 5th of August 2024

Due to continued Growth OA are supporting our client to recruit Customer Service Advisor in Milton Keynes This role would suit you if you like working in a busy, fast paced role. Working in tandem with the external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for processing of orders
  • Answering a large volume of inbound calls
  • Dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and email
  • Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Being responsible for the correct logging of all incoming and outgoing calls, orders & queries in SAP, as and when they are made, and to ensure all key parties are kept informed of any developments or feedback on queries
  • You are responsible for dealing with independent customer’s requests & orders received via whatever means, to the standard set out and expected
