Working in our Customer Care team at Ferdinand Bilstein UK Ltd, you will be joining a dedicated and passionate team, helping customers with queries whilst delivering first class customer service. You will be supporting our customers in the automotive aftermarket. This is a brilliant starting point to progress with the company.

The main duties include:

  • Providing first class customer service to every customer and colleague that interacts with the department by either phone or email, and deal with their request in a timely manner.
  • Process all orders accurately and to the agreed schedule for our customers
  • Any other administrative tasks within the department that is required including backorder reports, order acknowledgements, cancelling orders.
  • Deal with any request that comes through from our customers like stock availability, price checks, delivery dates and reply to them in a professional manner.
  • Actively support the UK Sales team and company colleagues to ensure our brand is never compromised.

Skills & Qualifications required are:

  • Educated to GCSE Standard.

Experience required:

  • Working within a similar customer service environment
  • Working in automotive aftermarket is desirable

Characteristics required are:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
  • Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence to communicate and deal with all levels of people.

Working days and hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
