Customer Care Operative Afternoons and Evenings Working hours: Monday – Thursday (14:00 – 22:00) and Friday (12:00 – 20:00) On-site in Ipswich

What We Need From You:
Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks to a high standard
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with basic IT operating systems
Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle breakdowns, defects, and recalls via phone and email
Update VOR and breakdown boards, answer calls, and manage supplier relations
Process estimates, ensure SLAs are met, and support colleagues with other tasks as required
