As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and top-tier products, all while promoting sustainability.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Manage the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department.
  • Drive the team to exceed targets.
  • Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with the team to create a positive department atmosphere.
  • Maintain awareness of department activities and performance.
  • Report on daily performance and track issues hourly.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Leadership experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
