Customer Collaboration Manager

Our client, an award winning business, is looking for an experienced Customer Collaboration Manager to join their growing team.

You will be working closely with the Customer Services Manager gaining a full understanding of customer activity across the business. Liaising with well known food suppliers, retailers and internal sales and supply chain teams.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of relationships with key customers - having regular calls and meetings to build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Supervising the Customer Service team and being first point of contact for escalation of issues.
  • Taking ownership of relationships with the sales team and being the sole point of contact for specific customers.
  • Liaising with suppliers, sales and customers relating to promotions, stock, new listings, planning, service levels and trend analysis.
  • Taking responsibility for stock reconciliations, liaising with the supply team, resolving delivery issues.

It is essential that you have proven experience in offering exceptional levels of customer service, building relationship with B2B customers, team supervision and working to KPIs.

If you have experience in either the food or beverage sector that would be desirable but not essential.
