Customer Complaints/ Mediations Handler
This is an exciting opportunity to work for our busy and well-established client based in Stanstead Abbotts. The role offers a salary £24,000, depending on experience. This position is to cover maternity leave for 12 months (fixed-term contract) and the working hours are 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Benefits include; Holiday entitlement - 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Private Health Care, Full Car Membership and benefits. Offering Hybrid working once training has been completed. Our client would also consider an entry level candidate for this role, but the salary would be up to £23,000 for an entry level candidate.
As a Mediation Handler, you will provide accurate and efficient service support to our client base and the general public via mediation.
The target is to ensure unbiased and impartial support is provided between two parties, whilst ensuring full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, actioned with excellent service standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Consumer dispute resolution via mediation between consumer and retailer
- Problem Solving
- Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Composing emails responding to complaints
- Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction
- Compiling reports on trends
- Ad hoc Tasks
As a Mediator, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business.
