Customer Contact Advisor
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Mansfield City Centre, temporary opportunity, immediate start, paid weekly.
This is to cover long term sickness.This role is business critical due to how busy they are and so you will need to be immediately available for work.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from members who have brought the membership
- Responding to email inquiries
- Handling complaints
- Updating the system when calls come through
- Forwarding any details onto different teams depending on the query
The nature of this role is handling a lot of complaints due to it being calls from members, so you will need to be comfortable handling these kind of calls and being able to remain calm and concise.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, office based.
£12.50 per hour., paid weekly.
