Customer Demand Planner
R13 are currently supporting the search for a Customer Demand Planner to join a fantastic business in Norwich. The purpose of this role will be to plan demand, maintain minimum stock levels and ensure customer demand for products is being met.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working to Monday to Friday, and offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + annual bonus. Hybrid working available once training has been completed.

Duties to include:
- Providing support to the supply chain team.
- Generating accurate forecasts of requirements and maintaining the product range.
- Producing, editing and processing all orders & invoices, matching invoices and documentation to customers.
- Developing working relationships with customers.
- Monitoring supplier performance.
You will have/be:
- Experience of working in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement would be desirable.
- Strong negotiation and management skills.
- An ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- The ability to multitask and to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
- A proactive team-player who is willing to learn.
