Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you working be a contact centre environment and will be first point of call for existing customers handling a range of customer enquiries.

The role will be mainly telephone based will be extremely fast paced and you will be also corresponding with customers over email and webchat!

Profile

Ideally customer service experience this can be from a range of backgrounds such as the health care sector or hospitality and retail!

A confident telephone manner

Able to work in a busy fast moving environment

Exceptional customer service skills

An excellent team player
