Location: Birmingham, 2 days per week on-site
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus excellent benefits
About the Company:
Join one of Europe's most renowned financial insitutions, currently undergoing a significant transformation to enhance data utilization across internal teams. They are seeking a Customer Insight Manager to lead this initiative and focus on analytics. This role reports to the Head of Customer Insight and Analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Insight Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing the 'what' and 'why' of customer analytics
- Working on predictive and prescriptive analytics projects
- Managing a small team of analysts, so prior managerial experience is preferred
- Conducting hands-on analytics with customer data using SQL/Python
- Tracking and analyzing customer journeys
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the banking industry
- Management and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools (preferred)
- Experience with SAS
Interview Process:
- Stage 1: 30-minute interview with the hiring manager
- Stage 2: 1.5-hour on-site case study and competency questions
