Customer Insights Analyst x 2

Nottingham (3/2 hybrid)

£35,000 - £45,000

I’m working with a leading ecommerce and retail business that’s part of one of the largest retail groups in Europe and is experiencing huge growth this year.

You’ll be working in the marketing and data team analysing and presenting customer data to senior stakeholders, making sure that the company is maximising every digital opportunity available to them. You’ll be analysing customer behaviours, trends and buying patterns then building reports in Tableau ready to present them. This is a small team with a lot of growth potential and you’ll get a chance to implement your ideas.

The company really pride themselves on the training and L&D on offer with paid for courses and certifications all on the table for employees.

This role would suit either an established Marketing Analyst ideally from a B2C background or even an analyst looking to take that step up into a mid-level role. Either way you’ll be supported and developed to get to that next level

Key Skills and experience:

  • The ability and confidence to present reports to senior stakeholders
  • Tableau and Excel experience
  • Experience with analysing customer behaviours, trends, buying patterns and insights
  • Retail or ecommerce experience either B2B or B2C
  • Experience of working with large databases

If you’re a Marketing Data Analyst in the Nottingham area and feel like the above is the right move for you then apply with an up to date copy of your CV or reach out to Ben Greensmith on LinkedIn.
