Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Corby

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: £12.25 per hour

Shift Pattern:

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Starting between 08:00 or 09:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 - 15:15
  • Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Training Schedule:

  • Training Period: Approximately 6-7 weeks
  • Training Hours: 09:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday
  • Training Start Date: Potentially 6th May

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be available to work the specified shift pattern and commit to a comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls
  • Identifying and ordering spare parts/accessories
  • Cross-selling where applicable
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Availability to train between 09:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday, for approximately 6-7 weeks starting from 6th May
  • Ability to work the specified shift pattern
  • Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
  • Be confident, and able to use own initiative
  • Have a good attention to detail
  • Be highly customer-focused
  • Be computer literate
  • Be flexible
  • Have a positive attitude
