Customer Interaction Specialist
With so much going on, it's a great time to join our Customer Interaction team.
As a Customer Interaction Specialist you’ll be an expert in your field, full of helpful advice and guidance. You'll be confident in providing knowledge and insights to support decision making, and will be a great multitasker; delivering work on time, in budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll need to keep calm under pressure, have a passion for analysing complex information, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. In true Aldi style, you’ll have plenty of freedom to use your initiative and drive change in order to make the department even more efficient.
We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. And to keep on top of that wave, our customer interaction teams have to do something pretty special to keep our customers coming back for more.
