Description

  • Overseeing and coordinating all property projects

  • Leading and mentoring the property team

Profile

A successful CLO should have:

  • A strong background in property management
  • Proven experience in managing property projects
  • Excellent knowledge of property laws and regulations
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A degree in Property Management or a related field

Job Offer
