Job Title: Customer Loyalty Advisor

Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Overview of the role:

As a Customer Loyalty Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will involve answering customer queries through various platforms, such as phone, email, and live chat. Additionally, you will communicate with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products, as well as maintain and update the company website.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service and create a positive customer experience
  • Handle customer queries and maintain regular communication via phone, email and live chat
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products
  • Update website content to ensure accuracy and relevancy
  • Support the sales team in meeting customer requirements
  • Proactively contact customers to provide updates and build relationships
