Position: Customer Marketing Manager

Contract: 12 Months

Rate: £400/day

You'll join a team specialising in innovative automated tax compliance software, empowering businesses to navigate complex tax landscapes with ease. This 12-month temporary contract offers a dynamic role where you can make a real impact.

What You'll Do

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer engagement strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at the existing customer base.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with customers.

* Analysing customer data and feedback to drive improvements in marketing initiatives.

* Organising customer events and webinars to foster community and promote solutions.

* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in customer marketing or a related field, preferably in the software or technology industry.

* Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and best practices.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to make a difference.
