We are looking for a Customer Representative to take on a temporary role with many opportunities to lead in to a permanent placement.

The job role is paying £13.00 an hour and is on a full time 37.5 hour working week in Kettering.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Order Representative to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. As a Customer Order Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Update and manage customer accounts and order information in the company database.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer order processes and service quality.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Support the sales team with order management and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
