Your new role

  • Promote the businesses services to the highest standard through upsell and cross sell to existing customers.
  • Using empathy, patience, and first-class customer service skills to rebuild relationships and retain customers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Customers and Account Managers to assist with quotes and order related queries.
  • Retain existing customer business whilst increasing customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Professional and clear communicator with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Resilience in managing difficult customer conversations.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues.

£26,000-£35,000 basic + bonus circa £3,000-£5,000
