Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing team on the outskirts of Swindon.

Job Role

• Booking appointments for customers.
• Ensuring company policies & procedures are always adhered to
• Professionally deal with inbound calls from prospective customers
• Meeting and exceeding individual KPI's
• Listening to customer requirements and updating records accurately.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and industry standards, identifying new booking opportunities and leads

Specifications

• Clear and concise with strong communication due to the nature of the role
• Previous experience within a commercial environment
• Excellent telephone manner
