Our client is a Global Manufacturer of engineering tools and machinery to various industrial sectors. They are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Advisor with a technical / engineering industry background or interest in this sector and who enjoys providing an excellent service.

Role Overview

This position is to provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, providing detailed quotations, providing technical products information, processing orders and dealing with inquiries from UK and International clients. The role will also provide training to undertake repairs and diagnosis on returned products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who prides themselves on providing a first-class service who is willing to learn and undergo ongoing training and also enjoys being hands on and practical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound customer enquiries and emailed enquiries regarding sales orders and product enquiries
  • Preparing and submitting detailed quotations
  • Providing technical product information and dealing with technical queries
  • Sales order processing and developing new accounts
  • Once trained - Assist with returned goods and warranty claims, including hands on repairs
  • Customer and site visits as needed - Full driving license, and access to a car
