Working for our client based in Sussex, this role will be undertaken on a fully remote basis. You will be joining a growing and dedicated team who are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the companies services, day to day duties will include:

  • Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Assisting the existing team in clearing a backlog of administrative tasks in relation to case management and workplace coordination
  • Monitoring the shared email inbox, responding to email queries in a timely manner
  • Booking appointments and ensuring relevant paperwork and administration is updated

This is a temporary role for an initial period of 3 months, we are therefore looking for someone available at short notice, who is able to commit for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills to include the use of database systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Able to use own initiative and have a proactive approach.
