Day to day as a customer service administrator, you will:

Requirements - They are looking for someone who has a positive and eager to learn attitude to join their team, ideally with some office experience however this is not essential.

  • Plan own workload, fulfil general office duties
  • Answering customer queries and liaising with customers
  • Administration duties where required
  • Support your colleagues whenever possible.
  • Efficiently process client enquiries, either by telephone or email
  • Processing bookings and other services as required
  • Ensuring all supporting documents are filed
  • Help the client to make an informed decision by securing the best options for them, making full use of the multiple channels available to you.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in the industry
  • Building effective relationships through a professional, polite and courteous manner to clients, colleagues, suppliers and contractors
