Our client has a temporary vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator. The role is working full time and is office based.

The role

  • Processing tasks, from quotation to delivery all electronic invoicing
  • Providing proactive customer service - resolving queries
  • Coordination of exhibition requests
  • Support external sales team
  • Coordinate recycling service

Requirements

  • 2 years customer service experience
  • PC literate with good IT skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Positive, can-do approach
