Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Office Based)

Location: Worcester

Salary: £22,500 - £24,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

9am -5pm

Must be able to drive due to location

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Excellent phone manor and strong customer service skills
  • Previous office experience
  • Confident communication skills
  • Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character


Duties Will Include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Speaking to customers regarding orders, stock and product information.
  • Processing orders through company in house system.
  • Producing reports to assist the external sales team.
  • Assisting the external sales team in sending out samples, catalogues etc.
  • General office duties
