Customer Service Administrator
We are recruiting for our client based in Denton.
They are looking to recruit a Customer Service member to their team.
This position would suit an experienced Customer Service Advisor that would like to move to that next level.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to communicate with people at all levels, a good problem solver, good admin skills and payroll experience.
Must have recent Telephone Customer Service experience
Location: Denton
Contract Type: Temp could lead to perm for the right person
Hours: Part time 9am to 3pm
Salary: 11.44 per hour
Duties:
- Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management
- All compliance administration support
- Day to day admin duties
