Adecco Worcester are looking for a Customer Service Administrator, to provide crucial support to the Customer Service department. You will ensure seamless order processing, from conception to the delivery of high-quality goods. Office based experience isnt a necessity as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders using SAP
  • Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners for customer requirements.
  • Manage optimal stock levels and aged stocks using forecasts.
  • Foster teamwork with specialists, Planning, PDM, and Purchasing teams.
  • Analyse and report on customer sales forecasts.
