Customer Service Administrator
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team in Newton Abbot, based in Heathfield Industrial Estate.
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm - this role is an ASAP start.
Duties will include:
- Working closely with drivers as well as site-based colleagues.
- Supporting everything from parcel dispatch and return, to handling all sorts of admin activity that will help to raise levels of customer service higher than ever.
- On occasion might be asked to pitch in with the warehouse teams, when operations get busy!
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Competent with Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience of working in operational services and delivering customer-led services to multi-channel customers.
