Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a company based in Leatherhead, who are looking for a new member of their Customer Service Admin team.

Working as part of a team who are committed to providing exceptional customer service, my client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about helping people and eager to contribute to a growing company.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Communicating effectively with customers, providing exceptional support in a timely manner
  • Liaising with suppliers, ensuring a smooth ordering process through to delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Preparing and distributing reports
  • Ensuring invoices, both from suppliers and to customers, are correct
  • Using Excel on a daily basis

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within Customer Service and/or Administration
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced level Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

The company offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, along with genuine opportunities for career development.
