Hays Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a Newcastle based organisation with the recruitment of a customer service administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This organisation is looking for someone with experience in a similar role who has the ability to work on their own initiative.

Your new role


As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism. You will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:

  • Working closely with key contacts across the business to drive excellent customer service
  • Act as first point of contact for any customer queries
  • Liaising with the customer service team to ensure complaints are resolved efficiently
  • Supporting with reporting including call stats and quality service
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Record keeping


What you'll need to succeed


Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT skills
