We are currently recruiting for one of our very well respected clients based in Adlington, Cheshire. The role is to fulfil a fleet coordinating position. Ideally the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, good IT skills, be able to multi-task and prioritise, have good attention to detail, along with the ability to work within a team yet un-supervised.

Day to day duties will be a variety of tasks from organising vehicle services and MOT’s, maintenance and repairs through to amending bookings, organising winter checks, doing forward bookings, up-dating databases and liaising with the end client, also managing a database of vehicles and being able to determine any routine contracted work to be completed. Good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner is essential. Ideally the successful candidate will possess experience which is transferable, ideally from within a motor industry or similar. Anyone who has experience in a dealership and has previous use of 1-link would be of great interest to our client.

The working week is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm;
