We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading distribution business based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.

Established for more than 30 years, this business work with retailers, contractors and builders to supply their quality flooring products nationwide.

Joining their Preston office as part of their busy and friendly Customer Service Administration team, on a daily basis you will be…

  • Answering customers queries via phone call and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Keeping customers updated on the delivery of their orders
  • Dealing with delays, returns or replacements

Salary, Location, Hours & Benefits

  • £24,500 per annum (rising to £25,480 per annum after successful completion of your 3-month probation)
  • Bamber Bridge, Preston (PR5)
  • Full time, permanent position 8:30am-5pm
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme, private medical and staff discounts
