MUST HAVE Requirements:
- Previous experience in back office customer service, particularly in email correspondence and responding on Social Media
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customers' needs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, webchat, social media with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
