Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

Office location:
Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 (FULLY OFFICE BASED ROLE) 
Candidates must be local to the area.

MUST HAVE Requirements:
  • Previous experience in back office customer service, particularly in email correspondence and responding on Social Media
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to understand and respond to customers' needs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, webchat, social media with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
