£11.44 per hour

Our Client

We are working with a fantastic organisation in the Northampton area that are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their dynamic and friendly team.  This is a vibrant and busy team, and there are great opportunities for a long term career.

Duties:
  • Deal with telephone enquiries from members of the public relating to the issue of PCNs and Permits. –
  • Providing advice to members of the public on the current legislation relating to the issue of the penalty notice and information relating to new or existing permits.
  • Log all telephone conversations on the system.
  • Scan, index and progress all correspondence onto the processing system daily.
  • Answer correspondence relating to the issue of PCNs, making relevant checks to investigate appeals and reply ensuring all points are answered.
  • Liaise with Client Officers regarding Policy and Criteria for appeal decisions.
  • Liaise with the Post and Reconciliation Senior regarding any receipting discrepancies/ payment queries and update system with all relevant details, as necessary.
  • Apply to the DVLA for vehicle registration keeper details.
  • Send out statutory notices to registered vehicle keepers.
  • Participate and complete other duties and tasks as necessary as and when requested by the supervisor or manager.

Skills Required:
  • Fast and accurate computer keyboard skills
  • Numerate with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Full training provided!
