Customer Service Administrator
We are working with a fantastic organisation with offices located in South Leeds who are recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team to provide the highest level of customer care to support their clients on an ongoing basis. Working in this busy team in a fully office-based role, the successful candidate will be available immediately and be looking for a varied and challenging role. Working 8.30-5 Monday-Friday, key duties will involve;
- Support Internal Account Handlers
- Process customer's orders
- Co-ordinate dispatch requirements
- Correspond with customers
- Investigate delivery discrepancies
- Issue credits and debits
- Arrange carrier collections
- Create invoices
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer service Administrator to join this busy and fast paced team. This is a long term, temporary role which could possibly go permanent. The ideal applicant will be;
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated
- Enthusiastic character
- Ability to operate in a fast paced ever changing high pressure environment
- PC literate
