Customer Service Administrator required to work for a local provider.  This is a full-time office-based role in Welwyn Garden City. 

Working within a friendly team office environment and with free parking.  This role offers opportunity to progress within the organisation.

  • Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
  • Annual salary equivalent is £23,500

The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to customers who have equipment in their homes which require periodic servicing or repair
  • Booking Services / repairs
  • Speaking to elderly and / or vulnerable people
  • Responding to emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Scheduling engineers

  • Good clear communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A patient and empathetic approach
  • Happy to speak to people on the phone
