Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client specialising in providing installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services, who are are currently seeking an Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

The role will support the Customer Service Manager, Office Manager and Service Manager with a range of responsibilities. 

A brief overview of responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner with the aim of always delivering excellent customer service
  • Escalating customer enquiries and complaints as and when appropriate
  • Liasing with the Office Manager on any ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Build professional and excellent relationships with new and existing customer
  • Effectively using recording systems in place and ensuring they are updated and maintained

The Customer Administrator will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. They will have some prior administration experience and will be an organised individual that can prioritise tasks well. They will enjoy working as part of a team and be reactive to business needs. 

This is an office based role Monday-Friday with a salary up to £28,000 per annum. 

Working hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday / Friday 08:00-16:00hrs with an hour break.
