Customer Service Administrator

Day to Day of the Role:- Answering incoming customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Directing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Entering and updating customer information on various portals.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
