Customer Service Administrator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Customer Service Administrator based in Tewkesbury

DAY TO DAY:

• To undertake administrative and certification tasks supporting all areas of the business
• Process appropriate documentation for applications and renewals for clients
• Processing applications and renewal
• Making sure relevant standards & Building Regulations are being met
• Effectively utilise the database and Microsoft Office software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook etc. to support administrative processes
• Support others internally and externally in delivering the purpose and values of the business
• To promote company and services via sales activities whenever possible
• To prioritise workload to maximise the benefits to our customers
• Package, frank and dispatch orders, and general postal duties
• Meet and greet visitors to the business premises

Salary- £25,240 per annum

Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:00PM

Friday - 8:30-3:00PM
