Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an established company based in Bingham / Nottingham.
The successful candidate will have good Customer Service skills. (Entry level applicants welcome)

What we are looking for:

- Understanding of clients requirements
- Excellent Customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to be highly organised and prioritise key tasks
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etc
- Attention to detail is key
- A positive pro-active attitude
- A genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop your own skills and knowledge

Key responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments with residents via telephone, letters and emails
- Liaise with clients regarding programme of works
- Assist commercial department with valuations
- Review hazardous substance reports and raise concerns with the relevant Contracts Manager
- Liaise with customers and scheme managers regarding access, keep records of all data
- Data entry - Closeout projects with Operation & Maintenance Manuals
