Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (plus company-wide quarterly bonuses)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (office-based)
Benefits: Free parking, Bonus

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing, family run business as a Customer Service Administrator.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Processing orders, quotes, and inquiries swiftly and accurately.
  • Assisting customers with queries, problems, and basic product information.
  • Managing returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision.
  • Engaging in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries.
  • Supporting the external sales team to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
  • A quick learner who can efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Someone who excels in customer interaction and remains calm in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
